The Scary Kinnara!
I never believed in the supernatural until I moved to this small village in India. The locals always talked about the Kinnara, a mythical creature with the body of a horse and the head of a human. They say the Kinnara is a vengeful spirit that preys on those who disrespect nature. I thought it was all nonsense until I saw it with my own eyes.
It was a dark and stormy night, and I was walking home from a friend's house. I heard a strange sound, like the sound of hooves hitting the ground. I turned around to see a shadowy figure in the distance. It was the Kinnara.
I tried to run, but my legs felt heavy as if I was running through quicksand. I heard the Kinnara's voice, a guttural sound that made my blood run cold.
"Why are you here?" the Kinnara asked. "Why do you disrespect nature?"
"I don't disrespect nature," I replied, trying to sound brave. "I'm just passing through."
The Kinnara didn't seem convinced. It approached me, and I saw its face for the first time. It was a human face, but twisted and contorted, with eyes that glowed like embers.
"You humans think you can do whatever you want," the Kinnara said. "But you'll pay for your arrogance. You'll pay with your life."
I tried to scream, but the Kinnara's grip was too strong. I felt its hot breath on my neck as it whispered in my ear.
"I'll give you one chance," the Kinnara said. "Repent for your sins and ask for forgiveness. Maybe then, I'll spare you."
I didn't know what to do. I was terrified, but I knew I had to do something. I closed my eyes and prayed to the gods, asking for their protection. When I opened my eyes, the Kinnara was gone.
I don't know how I survived that night, but I know one thing for sure. The Kinnara is real, and it's not to be messed with. I've learned to respect nature, and I hope others will do the same. Or else, they might not be as lucky as I was.
